Deadpool 3 trailer has certainly reached millions influencing the ever-evolving discussions on the upcoming MCU movie. Deadpool & Wolverine stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman also joined the tide of the rising hype surrounding the movie. Amid that MCU’s Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr has a message for fans. But it’s not about his MCU return.

After his Oscar nomination for his role in the 2023 blockbuster Oppenheimer, Downey has launched his coffee brand Happy Coffee with cofounder Craig Dubitsky. After the Super Bowl 2024, the actor sends a message about taking a day off on Monday for his employees.

“No one should have to WORK the day after the big game. HAPPY COFFEE and I tried our best to get a few of you the day off. Stay tuned tomorrow to find out if we pulled off the ULTIMATE PLAY,” Downey wrote on Instagram.

Quite relatable as almost every human on Earth will collectively agree on hating Monday, at least, after the great game. Downey would be keen on letting his employees have a sip of Happy Coffee and enjoy the day off.

Robert Downey Jr Kept His Promise, Launched A Coffee Brand

During the season of joy celebrating Christmas, Downey made a promise on 25th December 2022. “Merry Xmas.. thinking of starting a coffee company next year … in fact, it’s a resolution,” the actor posted on Instagram with a photo of him sipping his favorite beverage. At the beginning of this year, he launched his own coffee brand with Craig Dubitsky who is known for EOS lip balm and Hello dental product.

“It’s just become such a massive industry, but we realized you’re either getting stuff that tastes like pencil shavings, or you’re getting the [artisanal] stuff that was passed through the small intestine of a yak,” Downey told People after launching Happy Coffee.

The Downey-esque smile starts at $10. For Downey, coffee is the secret to his sanity, the ultimate stress-buster. “I roll out of bed, I hit my knees. I have one of several prayers, usually of gratitude or just being like, ‘Please let me stay out of my way,’” he said. And then “I roll downstairs for coffee. I credit coffee, in part, for my sanity.” It is certainly easy to trust Downey with his coffee brand as he has been a coffee enthusiast and knows the essence of a good sip.
