Robert Pattinson Reportedly Earned $9,000,000 More Than His Salary From The Batman For Multi-Year Deal With a Luxury Brand

Robert Pattinson shocked the world when he portrayed the role of Bruce Wayne aka Batman in Matt Reeves’ 2022 film, The Batman. From being remembered solely as Edward Cullen in Twilight to portraying the DC superhero, Pattinson had quite the jump.

With big jumps comes big earnings and Pattinson was paid greatly for his roles in several movies. However, his multi-year deal with a luxury fashion house made Pattinson $9 million richer than what he earned for his role in The Batman!

Robert Pattinson Earned Very Low For The Batman!

Pattinson found fame when he portrayed the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Soon after, he found himself portraying the role of Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise. Although he became the new Hollywood crush, fans were not happy when Pattinson was announced as the new Batman.

Being skeptical of his acting skills and his body, the early announcements about Matt Reeves’ 2022 film received a lot of backlash. However, when Pattinson donned the role, people stared in wonder at the amazing masterpiece that they had just witnessed.

The Batman earned rave reviews and Pattinson was praised heavily for his acting skills and more. However, it was revealed that Pattinson was paid a considerably low amount of money for his role in the 2022 film!

As per a report by ScreenRant, Pattinson was paid only $3 million for his role in the 2022 film. As quoted by ScreenRant “Despite being a highly recognizable name, Robert Pattinson simply isn’t an A-list movie star”. On the other hand, stars like Christian Bale and Ben Affleck were paid up to $18 million and around $10 million for each appearance respectively.

Robert Pattinson Earned More With Dior Homme!

Dior Homme is a luxury brand of perfumes that hired Robert Pattinson back in 2012 as their muse. The deal took place when Pattinson was a part of the Twilight franchise but hints of Bruce Wayne could already be seen in the ad.

According to SCMP, the deal was a multi-year deal that spanned almost 9 years with Pattinson advertising the Dior Homme brand. As per the reports, Pattinson was paid a whopping $12 million for the multi-year deal! The actor was paid $9 million more than what he earned for the Matt Reeves film because he allegedly wasn’t considered an A-lister at that time!

On the professional side of things, Pattinson was last seen in the 2022 film The Batman. As of now, the actor is busy working on the sequel to the OG 2022 film.

With Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson returning in The Batman Part II, the film is expected for a release date of 2 October 2026 in theaters.
