In the latest report by Deadline, it was revealed that the upcoming project would be taking the Les Misérables star on a journey into post-war Germany, where he would be playing the role of Hermann Göring, who was the right-hand man of Adolf Hitler himself. At the same time, Malek is set to play the role of an American psychiatrist named Douglas Kelley.
Both Malek and Crowe will be joined by Shannon, who is set to play the role of Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson in the film. While a whole lot more is not known at the moment about the upcoming film, it’s being reported that Bluestone Entertainment, Walden Media, and Széchenyi Funds acquired the rights to El-Hai’s book along with the producer’s script, which makes them the production houses supporting this project financially.
