During a promotional interview on Today, the duo reflected on their time working on the project, which took a cheekier turn. The Wolverine actor expressed his thoughts on the same, stating,

The most fun I’ve ever had on a film. I mean, this guy! I was literally in tears laughing every single day. And not just me, ask the director. Shawn Levy is one of our closest mates, and he’s hilarious. It was crazy. Even now, promoting it, I pinch myself.

Whereas, the Deadpool star explained his experience in his classic Reynolds fashion which might have left his wife, Blake Lively, rolling her eyes.

When asked about their feelings while making the movie, the Merc with the Mouth actor shared, “I’ve never had this much fun making anything in my entire life including love.”

Although the actor subtly brought his wife into the interview a few more times, it is enough to witness their impeccable chemistry in real life. The couple has never shied away from playfully poking fun at one another. This can be reflected in Lively’s recent Instagram story when she shared a picture of her husband, who recently took to the stage holding Dogpool.

Dogpool is an alternate version of Reynolds’ character who is set to debut with the upcoming film. Peggy, who was dubbed the UK’s ugliest dog in 2023 is portraying the role, who recently had her debut on the red carpet for the movie’s premiere.
