American footballer Tom Brady and Brazilian model Giselle Bündchen have finalized their divorce, deeming them both unmarried and single. Bündchen filed for divorce and since then the two had been discussing settlement terms with their lawyers for the entirety of October. While the settlement has finally concluded and the divorce is official, every discussion regarding property and disputes had been done in private and settled accordingly.
Brady has since then stated the split. The model too issued her statement in expressing the pain that is involved with this separation. This though does not stop the fans from expressing their opinions about this divorce on social media.
What Happened Between Tom Brady And Giselle Bündchen?
Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen first started dating in 2006 and got married in 2009, being together for about thirteen years, and decided to split in 2022 due to multiple reasons. While on one hand, the model gave up everything in her successful career to focus on her two children and give time to her family; Brady was not able to do the same for his former wife and children.
Due to constant training and practice as well as the games that he had to play in, being a Pro League Footballer, his involvement was more towards his career than towards his family. Bündchen wanted the player to have more focus on her and his family, however, he did not want to step away from his ever-rising career.
“In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.”
This led the model to then file for a divorce, which both parties understand rationally and see it best for their family. While they talk about this step hurting and causing them a lot of pain, they also state it to be a necessary decision to make.

It is as if the divorce not only split the duo but, also the fans. Although Brady retired earlier in 2022, he decided to return for one more season; this only led Bündchen into giving him an ultimatum, making it difficult for the two to what their future together held.
