WBD has been undergoing criticism for quite a while now. While Levi has been coming to terms with his movie essentially being a box office failure, he has also acknowledged that a lot of it was because of a selective audience and the lack of proper marketing. Although the actor does not want to point fingers at anyone, he cannot hide that the studios were underwhelming when it came to the marketing of the movie.

The movie did not reach the fans’ expectations and most of it had already been revealed in the trailers alone. This made it impossible for Shazam! Fury of the Gods to work out in a franchise that was already hanging by a thread. He admits that had it been marketed to the right audience, it would gave gotten a much bigger viewership without having to go through so many problems.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods is now available to watch in theatres.
