Stranger Things Cast Is Making Millions Per Episode

The cast of Stranger Things is divided into three different categories; namely tier one, two, and three. The first category of actors includes David Harbour and Winona Ryder, who started by making $80,000 and $100,000 respectively. The two are now making $9 Million per episode. The two started as the only adults in the show and were being paid slightly higher than the rest of the cast, much like the situation currently.

The second tier includes the children, namely Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, and Caleb McLaughlin. They will now be making $7 Million per episode. The teenage third tier including the teenagers consists of Maya Hawke, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, and Joe Keery. They will all be making $6 Million per episode. Both the second and third-tier cast members started by making $20,000 per episode in season one.

As for Millie Bobby Brown, the actress who plays the lead role of Eleven, her salary has not been revealed as of yet. While she does fall in the second tier, her career has lifted a lot from when it first began with her first season of Stranger Things. She has become a much bigger actress and is possibly being paid comparatively much more than the rest. Her deal with Netflix has given her room to be paid higher yet an undisclosed amount for the series.

It is not every day that fans come to learn about the massive amount cast members make per episode for a series. Especially if it happens to be a series as popular as Stranger Things. The audience seemed to be decided in terms of whether or not the cast was underpaid, overpaid, or reasonably paid.

According to them, while the show still manages to stay on top, it is nowhere near how the series was when it first began. While being paid Millions is no joke, it would only be justified according to how the final season performs.

Stranger Things season five will release on Netflix on 1st July 2023.
