Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury has been the driving force of The Avengers for a while now. Starting up the Avengers initiative and bringing together a group of heroes to save the world, the first Avengers movie started an era of breathtaking crossovers. However, critics try their best to flesh out every aspect of a movie. The good, bad, and ugly, every single area is focused on when professional critics get to the job.

The Avengers was a movie loved by fans and critics alike. However, the superhero genre is not everyone, and that is okay because not everyone is supposed to like every genre. Although for the most part, there were only praises for the movie, AO Scott focused on the not-so-impressive factors of the movie as well. He looked at many aspects that did not sit well with him and pointed them all out. That was not the thing that offended Samuel L. Jackson. It was the fact that Scott singled him out that made him respond to the critic.
