But as it turns out, there might be a problem with her future plans as one of the background actors from her upcoming film in the trilogy has sued the actress for physical assault. Accuser James Hunter (via Variety), revealed that he was contracted to play the role of an extra in the film back in April last year, and his role was to play Dead Parishioner which Goth would stumble upon, look in horror, and step over him to run away.
Thus, while playing the role, he was almost accidentally stepped on by the Infinity Pool actress, which was why he raised this concern with the second assistant director, who then relayed it to Goth. But in the next take, Hunter revealed that she intentionally kicked him with her boot on the side of his head, which made him lightheaded and dizzy. After the shoot was over, he went to the bathroom to tidy up himself.
But just then, Goth entered the bathroom and taunted, mocked, and belittled him, as stated by the actor. She also insinuated that he should try doing something about it if he could, which are all the instances that were the reasons he was filing this lawsuit against her.
