3: Brian Toretto
With the release of Fast X, we saw the proper introduction of Dominic Toretto’s son Brian in the franchise, and it proved the saying like father, like son. Despite being only eight years old, the young Toretto was smack-dab in the middle of the action and adrenaline with his uncle Jakob, which proves he’s a true Toretto at heart. Thus, with a little bit of time-skip magic, we can see him return as the lead of the franchise in the future.
4: Little Nobody (Scott Eastwood)
A long-time companion of the series was Kurt Russel as Mr. Nobody who assigned and oftentimes helped Toretto and his crew with deadly missions. But after his presumed death in F9: The Fast Saga, it seems like his protege Little Nobody has taken up Toretto’s chain of command. Thus, having insights and cunning that his predecessor also possessed, it’s not an entirely off-axis chance of him becoming the next lead of the series.
5: Ramsey (Nathalie Emmanuel)
Coming to another character that seemed like a new addition to the franchise for just one film, but became an integral part of the series. Ramsey is the go-to tech person and is the sharpest brain of the operations alongside Tej Parker in Dominic’s crew. Her ability to make calculated decisions in high-octane situations along with guts to match is what has convinced many that she can take over Diesel after his departure.
6: Tess (Brie Larson)
With a brief introduction but an equally action-packed one, Brie Larson became the highlight of the latest film as Tess, the daughter of Mr. Nobody. With a bada*s performance and high-risk maneuvers done with graceful ease, she has already established her character at the crux of the series. Therefore, with such a wide appeal and demand to see more of her, it’ll be fitting to see her lead the crew in the future.
