Sifu Is Getting a Huge Final Content Update

The final content update for Sifu includes a huge new game mode called Arenas Mode. According to the official Sloclap press release, this new section of the game will further expand the world and its boundaries, introducing players to uncharted territories. These new locations will feature intense fights and battles against foes that fans of the game are already familiar with, including standard goons and big bosses, along with some surprises that no one would have seen coming.

Further continuing with the press release, Sloclap added that this anticipated last update for Sifu will specifically include six new “dynamic Arenas,” and “75 thrilling challenges.” The update also comes with plenty of highly fun “modifiers and cheats” along with in-game character outfits inspired by film and cinema. The developer promises an “adrenaline-fueled journey” for its loyal fanbase, which will apparently “push” the players’ “martial arts skills to the limit.”

In addition to what was said above and further teasing Sifu fans, Sloclap continued that players should “brace” themselves for coming across “zombie-like enemies, doppelgangers, and interactive environments.” These exciting new elements will “test” the players’ “reflexes and strategic prowess like never before.” All of these features promise an unforgettable final run for fans of the game, which is just over a month away from release.

Sifu fans have a lot to look forward to, which is great because the original game was already quite amazing. It is visually stunning and extremely brutal, running absolutely beautifully on the current-gen platforms. And since its initial release, it has only gotten better and better with frequent and significant updates from the developer, Sloclap.

Along with the official press release, Sloclap also released a new trailer that showcases the immense final update for Sifu in all its glory, giving players further glimpses into the exceptional upcoming challenges and battles. And it looks like this final parting gift for fans of the game is going to be highly immersive and action-packed. However, if you have been playing and enjoying the game on the Nintendo Switch, there is some bad news.

Sloclap didn’t provide Switch players with a concrete date that they should be waiting for. Regarding the update’s Switch release, the studio just said, “We’ll let you know as soon as we have an ETA.”
