The French developer has been extremely dedicated to its beloved video game Sifu ever since its initial release last year. In fact, to show their love to the fans of the game, Sloclap’s post-launch support system has been extraordinary, as it has shared huge updates without any additional cost. The free content updates have further built upon the brawler’s rich and stunning world, making it an even more immersive experience than it originally was.

With the final patch for Sifu finally released, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 players can check it out right now to get back into the game. The final update is actually fittingly called, you guessed it, “Final Update,” and it comes with plenty of additional content for the fans. It includes 75 fresh and “brutal” challenges, 6 new arenas, numerous cheats and modifiers, and a couple of gorgeous outfits.

All of this free new content feels like just the right way to say goodbye to an outstanding game like Sifu. The developer has kept evolving the game for the last year and a half, and considering how it was already quite amazing at launch, it just got better with time. With all of these extra additions and modifiers, now is the best time to optimally experience the game in all its glory.

The last content update for Sifu includes a fresh new game mode called Arenas. Prior to the update’s launch, Sloclap shared more details about it through a press release, revealing that this new section will expand the game’s boundaries and world even further. Players will be introduced to never-before-seen territories, which will include brutal fights and intense battles against familiar enemies like big bosses and goons, as well as some completely unexpected surprises.

The Sifu developer continued by calling the new aforementioned arenas “dynamic” and the challenges absolutely “thrilling,” along with explaining how the fresh outfits are actually inspired by cinema and film. According to Sloclap, the final update is an “adrenaline-fueled journey” that loyal fans of the game will truly appreciate as their “martial arts skills” get pushed “to the limit.”

Furthermore, the developer warned players to “brace” themselves because while playing through the update, they will come across “zombie-like enemies, doppelgangers, and interactive environments.”

Ending the Sifu press release, Sloclap claimed that this final update will “test” the players’ “reflexes and strategic prowess like never before.”
