Tom Cruise is 60 years old, but he hasn’t slowed down yet when it comes to doing his stunts on his own. The actor is returning in the new film Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One. Recently some impressive images of him doing dangerous stunts were out on the internet.

Fans have been praising the Top Gun: Maverick actor for his dedication in those stunts. Chris Hemsworth, known for his role as Thor in MCU, once tried to give a Tom Cruise reference to Brie Larson which she didn’t like.

Brie Larson, Don Cheadle, and Chris Hemsworth, three years back gave an interview to Entertainment Tonight while promoting Avengers: Endgame. The interview was quite fun and suddenly a topic about doing stunts on one’s own popped up. During this conversation, Larson revealed that she thought her co-stars too do stunts on their own.

Hemsworth teased the Captain Marvel actress by saying that she does stunts on her own just like Tom Cruise. But as she didn’t like the Extraction actor’s comment she snapped back at him.

“No I want to be the first me, not the next Tom Cruise, thank you very much. “

Well, does that make her a liar? Yes because she does have a stunt double.

Even though Brie Larson claimed she does stunts on her own, the pictures of her body double suggest otherwise. This means that she didn’t do all her stunts, and had a stunt women do them on her behalf. Apart from this, Brie Larson’s butt also became meme material for the internet because of her butt. It was known that they had a stunt double for her butt as well. As a casting call was made for a butt/body double for the 2019 film.

Well, this does make it clear that not all stunts are done by the Room actress. Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel will be returning to the screen once again in her second sequel. The film will also have two new joiners of the MCU i.e Iman Vellani’s Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau. The Marvels will make its debut in theatre on November 10th, 2023.
