Internet Has Been Harsh With Sofia Vergara
Flaunting her beautiful smile, Sofia Vergara didn’t know what she was walking into. Kimmel has invited hundreds of actors on his show throughout all these years and sometimes, he can be borderline offensive to his guests – in a fun way!
He talked about how social media frenzy is taking over us and people can hurl extremely negative comments at some of the most hard-working people in the industry.
“You know the most dangerous neighborhood in the country right now? The comments section on every webpage,” he said. “People are so unbelievably harsh, I’ve spent countless sleepless nights thinking about what ‘big nuts 55’ said about my double chin.”
His comedic timing is enough to make people burst out laughing, let alone his dialogues. He then went on to play a hilarious game with his guest Sofia Vergara in which they would tell what people comment about each other.
Sofia Vergara Slapped Jimmy Kimmel For ‘This’ Comment
Kimmel made a rather hesitant Sofia Vergara go first with her card of comments about him. As we’ve all witnessed throughout her series Modern Family, Vergara has been extremely polite with her co-stars both on and off the screen.
It’s her sweet behavior that makes her the most likable person around. But, her sweetness is not to be mistaken with weakness, as she can become the fiercest woman you’ll ever meet if she is insulted.
After her telling Kimmel someone wrote he is an “unfunny creep,” he came back at her with –
“Sofia Vergara has an amazing body, but the face not so much.”
The comment infuriated the actor to the point that she lashed out with her next card, and called Kimmel a c*nt!
Kimmel got slapped when he said –
“Sofia Vergara, did anyone check for a p*nis?”
The audience could not control their “boohooing” and a rather embarrassed Kimmel could only explain he didn’t write it. Nonetheless, this was all a “prank” as Vergara stood on the side of the stage laughing about the silly game.
Vergara will be next seen in Griselda as the famous Colombian drug mafia as titular character Griselda Blanco. The miniseries from Netflix is expected to release in the fall of this year.
