Solo Leveling recently released the fifth episode, and in a matter of few hours, the episode has become one of the most trending topics on the internet. The episode has not only excelled in animation but has also shown one of the best transformations in anime history by the protagonist of the series, Sung Jinwoo.
The episode has gone way past the expectations of every fan and has surpassed all of its previous episodes. Not only that, but initially, there were a few complaints from Solo Leveling fans about the animation quality in the previous episodes, which led to huge disappointments. But the recent episode has rectified that mistake.
As soon as the fifth episode was released, fans went on to social media to express their happiness that the creators had saved the anime with better animation and gave a special focus to Sung Jinwoo’s mind-blowing transformation that has been turning heads. Many fans believe that the animation is finally doing justice to the manhwa.
Solo Leveling Fans Had Complaints With the Animation
When the first few episodes of Solo Leveling made its debut, while the majority of the fanbase was happy with the series, some had a few complaints regarding the animation of the series. According to these fans, the animation did not do justice to the epic manhwa series, thus leading to disappointment.

-Opening sequence felt very fast paced and sporadic. Also animation quality varies, you get some nice shots and a lot of really bad ones mixed

Fans complained about the fast pacing of the animation and how the frame quality was not at all praiseworthy. Some fans even pointed out that the manhwa is much better than the animation, and they prefer it over the animation. Some fans even suggested that another studio would have been better for Solo Leveling’s anime adaptation.
Fans were worried that if this continued for the series, it may result in a significant drop in the popularity of Solo Leveling and would hurt the legacy of one of the most anticipated anime series of 2024. But it seems like episode 5 has made amends for the mistake it made in the previous episodes.
Solo Leveling Episode 5 Surpasses All Expectations
Episode 5 of Solo Leveling brought with it an insanely jacked Sung Jinwoo, who has been training and evolving for the past few days. His body transformation, while he was in the hospital, not only got noticed by the nurses of the hospital but also by the anime fans.
In just one episode, Sung Jinwoo had a total change from a timid individual to a physically built-up character. Also, the episode focused on Sung joining an attack team that went on to conquer a Class-C dungeon but turned out to be crooked and left Sung in the dungeon against the final boss. Their excavation in the dungeon featured a great animation that was also appreciated by the fans.

While fans praise the fifth episode of Solo Leveling, the ending showed Sung Jinwoo getting ready to fight the final boss of the dungeon, which has got fans excited. The next episode is going to feature the first fight of the transformed protagonist of the series, and fans can’t keep calm about it.
