As per the reports, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse became the highest-rated animated movie of all time on IMDB. Within 4 days of its release, the Sony project achieved a greater feat than what the MCU wanted for quite a long time.

Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Broke MCU’s Record!

Back in 2018 when Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was released, people were livid at the amount of intense animation used in the movie. Depicting the story of Miles Morales, the convoluted story went above and beyond to include a bunch of more Spider-people to help the hero in his search for himself.

In a Twitter post, it was revealed that within just 4 days of its release, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse broke MCU’s record by becoming the highest-rated animated movie on IMDB.

The movie received a record high of 9.1/10 on IMDB and 95% on Rotten Tomatoes which is quite the number for an animated film. Fans couldn’t help but praise and congratulate Sony for their big win in the world of animation and the multitudes of Spider-Mans who got their time to shine in the Spider-Verse.

And the tweets are not baseless, countless reviews of the movie have put a spotlight on the movie that it has become an unmissable phenomenon.
