MrBeast takes the Iron Man mantle in real life

MrBeast reputation has been upsurging over the years on Youtube eventually becoming the most subscribed individual Youtube channel with over 111M subscribers crossing Pewdiepie in the quest. The 24-year old alongside being a wholesome creator also appears to be a fanboy of the fan-favorite Iron Man. Just like every fan of the armored hero, Jimmy shared the dream of possessing his own Iron Man armor.

Thanks to the uprising YouTuber Alexandar Clark, a Texas-based YouTuber who caught the wish of Jimmy Donaldson, embarked on the task of making Jimmy’s dream true. The Youtuber who makes videos of him 3D-printing various comic books, games, and movie props decided to get along the journey of him accomplishing an enormous milestone over 10 months due to his technological limitations and finally bestowing Jimmy his dream armor.

Even though the helmet was too little for Jimmy’s head, Jimmy was satisfied with Clark’s creation and went on promising to make a TikTok blasting a building while putting on the armor. The YouTuber then went on to claim he is Iron Man now instead of Robert Downey Jr by stating “Sorry Robert, but I’m Iron Man now.”

Disney to bring back Robert Downey Jr in the MCU

As phase 5 of the MCU nears, the expectations of fans seem to ascend following the enormous line of entries deluged across the next few years starting from Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania to be released on 17th Feb. Amidst every other release the thing that takes the cake is surely the Avenger’s next big meet up at 2025 Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and 2026 Avengers: Secret Wars and in the pool of rumors a new one flowed out about Disney considering bringing back Robert Downey Jr, reprising his role as Iron Man in not one but two movies.

Conversely following the underwhelming quality of the experimenting phase 4 of MCU may not encourage many to celebrate the return yet, considering the emotional investment people have in the character’s death which could be tarnished if the studio is contemplating the thought of bringing him back without proper storytelling.

During a podcast of Robert Downey Jr with Joe Rogan, the actor was asked if he ever made a comeback as the Iron Man, and Downey went on to say “To me, starting up again is off the table. I feel like I’ve done all I could with that character.” As dull as it sounds, the hope doesn’t completely die off as he didn’t deny the fact of ever reprising the mantle by stating “There would have to be a super compelling argument and a series of events that made it obvious. But the other thing is, I wanna do other stuff.”

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty releases on 2nd May 2025 and Avengers: Secret Wars on 1st May 2026.
