Bethesda’s highly-awaited game Starfield is now in early access and players with premium editions have started exploring their way through the massive space odyssey. Although the game had a few hiccups with glitches at launch like other Bethesda titles, it has had a bug-free launch. Developers have learned a lot from their previous titles and culminated it all to bring their best to gamers.

Starfield is similar but also very different from its previous games in several but successfully delivers an amazing open-world RPG experience to players who have been waiting almost half a decade to play the game. The game seems to have Easter eggs from the developers’ previous games and players have come across a very bold reference to a well-known dialogue said by an NPC from Skyrim.

Starfield is Full of Easter Eggs

A Reddit user shared a picture of an Easter egg on the Starfield subreddit, the Crippling Skill from the combat tree in Starfield refers to a line “taking an arrow to the knee” said by town guards in Skyrim. This dialogue quickly gained traction from Skyrim‘s launch and even other game franchises were using it for reference.

On day one of early access, players also encountered a vessel that hailed about their expiring starship warranty, a prank call asking the players if they knew the way to Uranus and the Adoring Fan from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The Adoring Fan is added as a companion for the players’ crew if they select the Hero Worshipped trait at the beginning of the game. The Adoring Fan is quite annoying if the players are unfortunate in picking the related character trait but fans of Bethesda will surely be delighted with all they find in the games.

Other Easter eggs include real-life astronauts and NASA’s Curiosity Rover and Spirit/Opportunity Rover. The Curiosity Rover was launched in 2011 to explore the Martian surface seems to be in the possession of the Constellation and is displayed at their headquarters in the game. The other real-life rover is either the Spirit or Opportunity Rover and it’s hard to know for sure which one is it as they both look almost identical. Another one is four real-life astronauts whose names are used for naming the planets in the Alpha Centauri system in Starfield, which is Chawla, Gagarin, Jemison, and Olivas.
