Reddit user u/Bolkenkaefer has expressed concern that Fallout being at the center of attention could spell bad news for Starfield. According to the user, the developer might put the space-oriented game in the backseat and devote its resources to progressing Fallout further.

Although this is not a far-fetched opinion, it’s worth pointing out that Bethesda is far from giving up when it comes to Starfield. The Shattered Space DLC is on the horizon, and fans even got some leaks regarding additional content for the game for 2025. So, it’s fair to say Bethesda has plans laid out for the foreseeable future.

Fortunately for Starfield fans, the next phase of the game is close, as a new leak suggests the Shattered Space DLC will be released in September. According to the leak, a trailer for the expansion will also drop on August 20.

If anyone is wondering what the DLC will include, it will revolve around the House Va’ruun faction. The clan was the least explored in the base game, so we will get to see it explored fully this time around. This is also going to invite new troubles for the players, as they will likely face the wrath of a powerful cult.

A new trademark was also recently registered, suggesting that Bethesda is not stopping with the next DLC and will see another one in 2025. The project is labelled “Starborn,” but no information is out yet, so fans will have to wait for Bethesda to officially reveal more details.
