In an interview with FandomWire, J.P. Karliak, the voice behind the character, talked about his own version of the Joker and how it is not so over-the-top like previous iterations. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has a whole season of content planned in the next few months.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will add the popular Batman’s villain, The Joker, as a new playable character. J.P. Karliak, the voice of this upcoming member of Task Force X, talked about how to impersonate him
This live-service game was definitely not what the fans were hoping for. After the first gameplay trailer for the game was revealed, the hype train was stopping everywhere, and the Arkham fans were stepping down. The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League project made all the wrong choices in marketing, and after the failure of other similar titles like Marvel’s Avengers, this game was expected to fail even before being released. Aside from all the bad press, Rocksteady has a lot of content planned for the game, such as new playable characters.
The character that will kick off the first season of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be The Joker; the villain in the history of the title will be coming from an Elseworld, a parallel universe. J.P. Karliak, a talented voice actor, will interpret Batman’s nemesis in an interview with FandomWire. The actor discussed how his interpretation of the Joker is less exaggerated than in previous iterations. He even said that was pretty close to his real voice.
The first season of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available next week
J.P. Karliak said in the interview, “My interpretation of the Joker is not super characterized in terms of the voice. As much as I love the ultra-characterized style, this version’s voice is not too dissimilar to my real speaking voice.” The actor also commented that he would love to play another DC villain.
The first season of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which releases on March 28, will feature The Joker. Rocksteady has more plans for the game, like other seasons, more playable characters, and new scenarios with various versions of the title’s final bosses—all of this in the upcoming months.
