Marvel star, Tenoch Huerta who recently appeared in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has been accused of s*xual assault by Spanish saxophonist María Elena Ríos. Slamming the rising star through her series of tweets, the alleged victim drew media attention while claiming Huerta to be a “s*xual predator”.

Speaking about how she tried maintaining distance from Poder Prieto, an organization focused on combating racism in Mexico, María Elena Ríos mentioned Tenoch Huerta’s association with the same organization. Claiming how they never paid her for a podcast and allegedly pursued her to avoid the spread of scandals related to the MCU actor, Elena Ríos confessed affirmatively about her assault.

How Are Tenoch Huerta And Maria Elena Ríos Related? 

Musician María Elena Ríos who has been an acid attack victim came after Tenoch Huerta and her former organization Poder Prieto through her tweets. Accusing the organization of sharing a podcast episode without her consent, Elena Ríos further proceeded to accuse Tenoch Huerta of s*xual assault.

In a series of tweets, the saxophonist revealed her connection with the MCU actor and mentioned what happened between them. Evidently, Ríos leveled the allegations after Poder Prieto, an activist organization combating racism, based in Mexico, shared an episode of the podcast El Feisbuk de la Malinche featuring Ríos.

María Elena Ríos has been a former member of Poder Prieto, while Tenoch Huerta is a spokesperson for the organization. Getting to know each other following their common passion for activism and rebelling against racism, Ríos claimed to face alleged assaults from Huerta behind closed doors.

What Happened Between Tenoch Huerta And Maria Elena Ríos? 

Initially, the entire feud started after Poder Prieto uploaded a podcast featuring María Elena Ríos without her consent on Instagram and denied her compensation. Ríos then accused the organization via Instagram as she alleged that they made her work for free and never paid her. Thus, on Friday, Poder Prieto tweeted that they won’t pay Ríos for something they did not produce.

Insisting that the organization did not publish the podcast episode but simply recommended it along with other content, Poder Prieto publically denied Ríos’ compensation. Thus, infuriated by the indecent behavior, the saxophonist slammed Poder Prieto via Twitter. That’s when the series of tweets flooded with Ríos going after Tenoch Huerta and exposing the actor.

Maria Elena Ríos claimed through her public tweets, how she was allegedly assaulted by Tenoch Huerta. She claimed how she often complained about his behavior to Poder Prieto and yet they denied taking any steps. She thus, accused the organization through her tweets, of claiming to be a community of activists while being violent behind closed doors, denying action against s*xual predators and defending them.  

The alleged victim even claimed the organization came after her, allegedly pursuing her in order to “avoid scandals over their Marvel movie”. Initially, Ríos began accusing Huerta through a user’s response, however on Saturday, she openly tweeted about the incident, calling the actor a charming narcissist.
