Not many details about the Man-Thing project are available, but it is expected to explore the origin of the swamp monster. In comics, Dr. Ted Sallis turns into the creature after he injects himself with the super soldier serum he has been developing. However, things, do not go as planned after he crashes his car in the Florida Everglades.

The serum combines with the swamp to turn him into a monster with superpowers like size alteration, teleportation, fear empowerment, and plant manipulation. Followed by the reactions and reviews for Werewolf by Night, the studio has been planning to develop more such special presentations.
