After its release, the film received immense praise from the audience and critics. It landed a 91% critics score along with a 90% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. However, its performance at the box office was not as great as with critics. With an estimated budget of $178 million, Edge of Tomorrow only made $367 million worldwide.

Although it wasn’t that bad, the star cast of the film was expected to score much higher at the box office. The Looper actress was also disappointed with its box office performance.

Edge of Tomorrow is available to stream on HBO Max.
