The Bear has had 2 incredible seasons

The first season of the show followed White’s Carmy, an award-winning chef who comes home to run his brother’s sandwich shop, after his brother’s passing. The first scene shows the award-winning chef dealing with a chaotic kitchen, left in the wake of his dead brother. This means unpaid bills, stocking issues, and messy finances in general.

The second season picks up where the previous one left off, where the dream of The Bear, as a restaurant begins to take shape. All the horrors and stresses of the restaurant business start to pile up. By the end of the season, The Bear has had a successful night, but at great personal losses and after a significant amount of crises.

Following such shenanigans from the staff at The Bear, Season 3 cannot get here any sooner. The Bear is yet to hit its stride, and plenty of loose threads need to be tied up, while new plotlines will inevitably be introduced.

The post is divided into two halves, with the top half showing footage of Carmy and Micheal looking over rudimentary sketches of The Bear, while the bottom has Sydney returning to The Bear. Given what the character felt like at the end of Season 2, there are multiple ways it can go in Season 3.

Further, there are multiple ways to interpret the caption of the post. Perhaps it is no longer a dream because it is a tangible reality that is going to make Carmy a lot of money, while also putting him through hell. Which brings us to the other interpretation. Given the the hellish open service (which was a success nonetheless) perhaps it is no longer a dream, but a nightmare.
