The Boys is a show that is defined by its gratuitous nudity and bloody violence, which is what anyone expects from the show now (there is, of course, the great writing to make it all fit together). Eric Kripke decided t to prank Victoria Neuman’s actress, Claudia Doumit, in the signature fashion of the show, one that might have left the actress slightly scarred.
Occurring in the first episode of the newest season of The Boys, the prank seems to have made its way into the show’s final cut, but, as Eric Kripke revealed, it is not something that the actress was expecting. The scene occurs in the first episode as it closes out.
Claudia Doumit’s reaction was authentic, reveals Eric Kripke
In the first episode of Season 4, Victorian Neuman gets Billy Butcher to agree to erase any sort of leverage that The Boys have on her. These files are in Hughie’s possession, and Butcher is instructed to delete these files so that Neuman can be free to retaliate against The Boys should they come after her or her Supe daughter.
However, the file that Butcher ends up sending her has a picture butt cheeks, spread wide. This picture, the actress Claudia Doumit had never seen before, and Eric Kripke revealed the reaction she gave in character was also her authentic response.

The show’s crass humor extends beyond the boundaries of the narrative and might have been something that Eric Kripke thought would be funny. While there has been no implication that Doumit had a lasting and horrible reaction to the picture, it is very possible that it did cause her some distress. But then again, on a show like The Boys? She was probably used to this sort of humor, even if it caught her by surprise.
Season 4 of The Boys will set up the final leg of the show
Now that it is confirmed that Season 5 will be the final season of the show, there is a lot that is on the way from the world of the Boys. With more seasons of Gen V and The Boys: Mexico still on the cards, Season 5 is going to have to set up a lot of ideas, but also close out everything that The Boys has been building to since Season 4.
Judging from the trailer and the three episodes of the show that have been released so far, this season could exact a heavy toll on both sides to set up the final leg of the show. This could indicate that fans are in for some major deaths in the show, on the side of The Boys and The Seven. The show could kick things in high gear with the death of characters like Zoe Neuman or even A-Train.
