In the fresh updates, Romanian prosecutors; have sent the renowned influencer and his brother, along with the two female suspects, to trial on indictment of “human trafficking, rape, and forming a crime group; to sexually exploit women.”

Andrew Tate’s PR team released the following statement:

“While this news is undoubtedly predictable, we embrace the opportunity it presents to demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputation. The indictment allows us to present a comprehensive body of evidence, diligently collected and prepared over time, which will undoubtedly; substantiate the brothers’ claims of innocence.”

According to the latest reports from BBC News, the outlet reported that the trial would not start immediately and could take several years, adding that the Romanian judge has sixty days to examine the case and files before it will move for a trial in court.

Andrew Tate, however, got a respite from court when he was placed under house arrest during the investigation and court proceedings. That raised hopes for the kickboxer that he would eventually be set free. However, this new turn of events would be disappointing for him.
