The First Descendant is filled with various enemies and bosses for players to kill. Completing the mission and defeating these bosses gives players the model required to unlock various characters and weapons. However, players have recently found out that these bosses seem to possess an unnerving level of accuracy that is annoying to deal with and seems like a bit of unfair play.

There are various characters like Bunny whose main abilities allow her to move around super quickly and avoid enemy fires. Yet, many bosses can even hit her and other characters (with their abilities) fairly easily as they have accuracy off the chart (basically aimbot) which makes the gameplay frustrating and characters’ abilities useless in some scenarios.

Reddit User, WanderWut, raised the point of aimbot recently and the community has been discussing the matter ever since. Players are frustrated and sharing their own experiences of how they were also hit by enemies in almost impossible ways. Players want developers to rework this feature of the bosses.

Players shared that other than Swamp Walker, there are other enemies as well who do this.

Some players are frustrated as these enemies can even one-shot them.

While others are sharing that even perfectly dodging does help in most cases.

Players feel that developers should take notice of this as boss fights are the cornerstone of the game. The boss is usually designed to push the players to test their skills but if the boss doesn’t even give them that opportunity, it is pointless to have them.

Nexon has been fairly proactive in addressing various issues in The First Descendant. It has already admitted the issues with character balancing and drop rate bugs and has already rolled out various fixes to address them.

Nexon has shown that it is fully committed to increasing the gameplay experience of the game. However, despite these commitments, players are still frustrated with the boss’s accuracy issue, feeling that it remains neglected on the priority list.

Maintaining a balance between a fairly hard challenge and overpowered enemies is quite difficult as seen with the current bosses. To create a memorable and satisfying experience for every player, developers need to quickly fix these issues, while maintaining the challenging part.

In the end, while developers try to fix the issue, the debate over boss difficulty will continue in the community, highlighting the crucial role of fairness in creating enjoyable gaming experiences.
