Earlier this year it was revealed that we will hear our favorite Batman, the late Kevin Conroy’s voice for one last time in the upcoming Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths- Part 3. The fans were more excited after it was revealed that Mark Hamill would also provide his iconic voice to the Joker in the upcoming project.
Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill first portrayed their versions of Batman and Joker in Batman: The Animated Series. The series started the fan-favorite DC Animated Universe (DCAU). While the late Conroy is appreciated by fans worldwide for being the best version of Batman, Hamill is praised for having the best Joker laugh. The DC fans got emotional to get this reunion for one last time.
How are Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill returning as Batman and Joker?
The late Kevin Conroy established himself as the most fan-favorite iteration of Batman with Batman: The Animated Series. He continued to voice the superhero in several animated projects and games until he unfortunately passed away in 2022 at 66.
The fans were very excited when it was reported that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will mark the final appearance of Conroy as the Dark Knight. However, the Rocksteady game was bashed worldwide for giving a disappointing send-off to the iconic Arkhamverse Batman.
Fortunately, it was revealed earlier this year that we will get another posthumous performance of the legend in the eighth Tomorrowverse installment. Recently Warner Bros. Entertainment released the trailer for the upcoming animated Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths- Part 3. Nevertheless, the fans were most excited to spot their favorite versions of Batman and Joker in it.

Soon after Kevin Conroy passed away, one of the most iconic Joker actors Mark Hamill also admitted that he would not play the Clown Prince of Crime anymore. But the fans got emotional as the unbelievable happened and the two legendary voice actors reunited for one last time.
It is an emotional moment for the ardent DC fans
Kevin Conroy made a massive contribution to the popularity of Batman. Fans always loved to hear his voice as the Caped Crusader. The DC Fandom became emotional as the glimpse of the Dark Knight’s return and his reunion with Hamill’s Joker took over the internet.
Although it is evident from the Rotten Tomatoes rating of Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part 2 that the trilogy is not enjoying a very good time, fans will surely check the third installment of the multiversal DC drama. We have collected some tweets to show how the fans are emotional to get the legendary reunion.
Kevin Conroy is the greatest Batman of all-time. That’s my goat. His Batman raised me.

Quite poetic how these are the versions of the characters that Kevin and Mark first introduced us to and embodied the characters whenever we read the comics and this is the last time the two will voice these versions together. Thank you Kevin you will always be our Batman.

Crisis on Infinite Earths was a major multiversal event in the DC comics. From the audience reception to the first two installments, it can be said that not many people are fans of this adaptation. Nonetheless, it will be interesting to see if the inclusion of the iconic characters also elevates the quality of the third part.
A major chunk of the audience will watch the series to hear the legendary Kevin Conroy for the last time. But it will be seen if it can give a respectful send-off to the greatest version of Batman, unlike the widely criticized game.
Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Parts 1 & 2 can be streamed on Max while the third installment will release sometime in 2024.
