The First Descendant has barely been out for over a week now, and players are already finding themselves in conflict with one another, especially when playing with randoms, as most of them are not able to utilize the modules correctly.
Many players are complaining that some people are avoiding the most basic mechanic in the game, and it is causing the entire team to suffer as when they go down, they bring the team down with themselves.

Some players are making the game harder for themselves by buffing up on unnecessary stats without the faintest idea of the most beneficial stats to stack for different situations and this has been causing problems for a lot of players.
Players forget to stack up on health, shield, and defense stats, as they are of utmost importance, especially in the hard mode. Defense is one of the key elements of the game, as it determines the amount of damage you can take before dying but some people seem to ignore it.
One user expressed their concern regarding the matter. They said:

Putting on defense modules plays a huge role in the game and people need to wrap their heads around it quickly to make the gaming experience enjoyable for them as well as everyone around them in the long run.
The First Descendant’s Hard mode is really difficult and it requires a balance between attack and defense. It requires players to use their stats in creative ways while increasing the challenges with each step.
To have a wholesome experience in the game while maintaining the integrity of the team you are playing with it is necessary to adapt with time as you tend to know more each day of playing a new game.
There Is Still Time To Make Amends

It is still too early to judge players on their decision as they too are still wrapping their heads around the game and will need some more time to explore the wide array of customization options available in the game.
However, with multiplayer games that require a team effort, these problems have persisted for a long time. Some players are often too lazy to make amends to their play style to fit well within a team and that becomes one of the biggest challenges for people who are ready to adapt.
We can hope that The First Descendant’s player base is open enough to make amends and learn from their mistake so that they make the gaming experience better for the entire community, which would be a great sight to behold.
