Sean Young’s career has been very selective of the roles she picks and what movies she chooses to become a part of. Not all movies are made with the cast and crew mixing well. Movies like Don’t Worry Darling and Justice League are prime examples of that. Another movie that could be added to the list would be Blade Runner. The cast and the director seemed to have a lot going on behind the scenes while the movie became a smashing success.

Harrison Ford’s Blade Runner Co-Star Sean Young Was Made To Sign An NDA For The Movie

Sean Young had a minimal role in Blade Runner 2049. Her cameo had been a part of the movie purely to make sure that the fans would not get upset with the lack of her involvement. “And there was nothing I could do about it. It was very clear that they knew that the audience would be upset that I wasn’t in it, but they didn’t want me to b*tch about that publicly.”

The cameo was purely done via visual effects and had minimal involvement from Young. Although she was not happy with what she was being handed, they did decide she pay a certain amount of money. However, they had to take precautions and also made Young sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The only reason why the actress did not say anything more was that they had also chosen to hire her son Quinn in the visual arts department. That had made her happy and she was glad to see his talent being used to its full potential.
