Recently, a new poster for The Garfield Movie was released. Even casual fans could point out the similarities between its poster and the poster for Dune by Dennis Villeneuve. This was not the first time the movie had released a poster inspired by another superhit.
Before this, a Kung Fu Panda-inspired poster was also released where Garfield donned the role of Po, the Dragon Warrior. It is certain that the movie’s new marketing strategy has grabbed the attention of fans, with many users taking to X to express their views on the latest poster.

When is The Garfield Movie Coming Out?

The Garfield Movie will be released in theatres on May 24, 2024. Hollywood heavyweight Chris Pratt will voice the titular character while Samuel L. Jackson will voice his father Vic. The movie is directed by Mark Dindal and produced by Columbia Pictures. The movie will focus on a high-stakes heist as per the synopsis on the official website.
