This Monday night, 7th of November 2022 People Magazine announced the name of the actor for the title of the Sexiest Man Alive. The Captain America actor Chris Evans has been given the title of the Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine. Now, the Captain America actor has got a new title to brag about. The People Magazine’s selection list was announced on The Late Night Show with Stephen Colbert and even on the magazine’s website.
Evans has been playing the role of Captain America for nearly a decade and has finally got this title. He took this title from the MCU actor Paul Rudd, who is well-known as Scott Lang for his role in the Antman trilogy. He began his career with roles in television series but gained attention for his portrayal of Marvel comic character.

The Sexiest Man Alive, Chris Evans has always been in the limelight of success and victory. Despite having such a successful career throughout his life, the Captain America actor let his guard down saying,’‘ it would be tough to be interviewed.” This award makes him feel like a weird form of humble bragging. While interviewing for the magazine’s cover story he said “My mom will be so happy. She’s proud of everything I do but this is something she can brag about.” The Captain Roger actor’s mother Lisa, also spoke with the magazine and shared her immense happiness over this title. ”I’m not surprised at all. Our family will be beside themselves.” She expressed that this title came as no surprise to her as if she knew that this would happen.
Though a successful actor, Evans was overwhelmed after being crowned with this title. He shared his excitement during the entire interview with the People. When asked by the magazine how would the younger Chris Evans would react after receiving this honor, the Captain America actor said,” he’d be pumped. It would be the road to the cool table.”
The Captain Roger actor becomes the 11th Marvel star to win this title and MCU has been winning this title for the last two consecutive years marking this as the third. Evans finds himself lucky to be a part of the discussion in any form. For him, this is something that he can be proud of when he becomes old and saggy. He would look back and see he has come all the way so ahead.
