A two-year distance between the Spider-Man movies had been the norm previously. While the same was expected for the fourth sequel, the strikes had a bigger part to play. Interestingly, Holland disclosed in an interview with GQ, that he is unsure of doing any more Spider-Man movies. More so, he acknowledged the significance of the character while implying that he didn’t intend to play the role after 30.
No Way Home was not only a financial success but even derived commendable reviews from critics. In addition to an Academy Award, the film won three Nickelodeon Kids’ Awards and three Critics’ Choice Super Awards. Consequently, hopes for the sequel are sky-scraping.
