Deadpool & Wolverine Delights Fans With Epic Poolverine Moment

While the Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer might not match the intensity of these sequences, the film surely makes a mark with the opening sequence where the Merc with a Mouth dons Wolverine’s claws.

After learning that the ‘anchor being’ of his timeline, Logan has died, he goes to inquire and is met with the X-Men’s adamantium skull. While Logan couldn’t be much of a help for him, his skull came in handy to face the TVA agents during which he also dons Wolverine’s claws.

Fans took to X (Twitter) to share their reaction to the surprising and iconic moment, as one stated the theater’s enthusiastic response. Others also joined in the conversation, as one fan said, “This was the so called Poolverine that was rumored.”
