The series explores the life of Carmy as he tries to rebuild his brother’s failing restaurant business while dealing with personal and professional drama.
The third season of the series recently dropped a teaser trailer, giving fans a tease of all the high-voltage emotional drama that will ensue on screen. After the teaser debuted online, fans quickly became hyped for the latest installment, which has been confirmed to be released on June 27, 2024. However, there is currently no confirmation on the episode count for season 3. The first season comprised eight episodes while the second consisted of ten, meaning season 3 could have between eight to ten episodes.

As the tweets indicate, fans are excited for the new season’s release. However, most fans seem to be disappointed with the third season dropping all episodes on the same day. Fans have been clamoring for a weekly release so that the show can sustain its popularity over months instead of a few short weeks.
Despite receiving critical acclaim, shows like Fallout got buried because of all the episodes dropping at once. On the other hand, shows such as X-Men ’97 continued to excite fans and generated hype over months because of their weekly release schedule. Given the growing popularity of The Bear, especially its universal critical acclaim, the series might have benefitted from a weekly release for its third season.
