Mark Ruffalo recently took to Twitter again to enable his cause to save our planet. The actor encouraged his followers to hold all fossil fuel companies accountable for their plastic pollution. The followers can support his cause by making 2 simple phone calls demanding to pass The Packaging Reduction & Recycling Act which would cut all packaging waste by 50% and remove toxic chemicals. He wrote,

It’s time to hold these fossil fuel corporations and chemical companies accountable for their plastic pollution. Visit the link below and make 2 simple phone calls to @CarlHeastie and @AndreaSCousins to demand they pass The Packaging Reduction & Recycling Act, which would cut all packaging waste by 50% and remove toxic chemicals including PFAS. We need to ensure that our New York State legislative leaders pass this critical bill before June 9!

Ruffalo has never been afraid to express his worries about the environment and climate change.
