It was reported that Majors, 33 has been arrested for assaulting a 30-year-old female, and was kept in custody, but now, he is not in police custody anymore. 911 was called upon the Devotion actor and he was arrested from his apartment in Chelsea as he was reported for being involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female. Though he was kept in police custody at first, he was released later on, and the female individual who was identified as Majors’ girlfriend was sent to the hospital as she suffered minor injuries to her head and neck.

The representative for Jonathan Majors conveyed a statement, “He has done nothing wrong. We look forward to cleaning his name and cleaning this up”. The charges filed against Majors are nothing short of serious ones as he was filed with assault, harassment, and strangulation. According to TMZ, Majors got into an altercation with his girlfriend as he was caught texting with another woman and when she tried to confront him, the matter quickly escalated from throwing fingers to throwing hands.

Jonathan Majors is currently teamed up with many franchises and one of the notable ones being the MCU, as he portrays the role of the super-villain Kang the Conqueror in the franchise. And Majors’ role in MCU is not a short one, unlike the previous phases where multiple villains lead to the final boss, this time around, Kang will be the first and the last boss which the Avengers will have to overcome if they want to save their universe.
Majors’ recent appearance as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania had a great impact on the movie and Kang was rated as one of the most terrifying villains in the MCU, capable so soloing every Avenger available on planet Earth. There were some deleted scenes from Ant-Man 3 which shows Kang the Conqueror talking about Thor and how he defeated him in a battle. This conversation between Kang and Ant-Man shows that MCU has already taken into consideration that Prime Kang will be more powerful than the strongest Avenger alive: Thor.
Now, all we can do is wait and see if Jonathan Majors will be proven guilty in front of the court or if will he be coming out as a free man. But according to the reports provided by many sources and TMZ, it was a fact that Majors put his hand on his girlfriend as he was injured and bruises and redness on her neck and face can be seen. This situation has already put a dent in his career and going forward this will act as a barrier to his acting career in Hollywood and his relationship with MCU.
