In an interview with AP Entertainment, Zendaya and Tom Holland were asked where they thought Timothée Chalamet would fit in the MCU’s Spider-Man universe. When the former first said, “I do not know, people want him to be Harry Osborn”, Holland agreed and went into more detail:
“He’d be a good Harry Osborn…I think it would be good to bring him in as a FOS (friend of Spider-Man) and then he kind of becomes bad. And then he could be a villain. He’d be a good villain.”
The two continued by referring to Chalamet as “such a nice bloke”, which would further compound the surprise for fans should he turn out to be an antagonist. Also, as Zendaya noted, Chalamet has been a favorite fan cast as Harry. Accordingly, having said that there is a strong likelihood that the Bones and All actor can join the MCU.
