James Cameron stepped foot into the billion-dollar pool with Titanic, currently the fourth highest-grossing movie of all time, and the extent of research he did regarding the events surrounding the tragic fate of the ship was just brilliant. He even built a submersible, the Deep Sea Challenger, which cost a fortune for the sake of researching the wreckage and descending into the deadly netherworld of the deep sea. Many were so interested in the submersible that they went on to do extensive research about it and were completely stunned when they found out that it was such a well-built and delicate piece of machinery.

James Cameron was a normal citizen like most of us, but although he had some big dreams, he had a long way to go before he could realize even a portion of his dream. He has won the Academy Awards, the PrimeTime Emmy Awards, the Satellite Awards, the Golden Globes, the Critics Choice Awards, and countless others with many more nominations.
