Tom Hanks has become a veteran actor with a plethora of roles and movies that he has played over the years. Sitting alongside Timothée Chalamet, the new generation of actors, Tom Hanks, and the Dune star had quite an interaction.
Talking about how Chalamet will be portraying the role of American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, Hanks joked that he was in the big leagues now. Hazing the actor with orders to get him a sandwich, the joke might have been taken too far!
Timothée Chalamet Looks Like A Young Bob Dylan
Being a veteran actor, Tom Hanks has indeed more experience than Timothée Chalamet in the field of movies and Hollywood. However, in a recent interview with Graham Norton on The Graham Norton Show, Tom Hanks shared the couch with Timothée Chalamet, Julia Roberts, and Cher.

Talking about an upcoming movie titled A Complete Unknown, Chalemet talked about how he has never met the legendary singer himself but he did see his concert once. Getting flustered over how similar he looks to a young Bob Dylan, Tom Hanks interrupted the conversation with jokes about how he was in the big leagues now.
“I haven’t met him. You know, I would love to meet him, but, you know, I don’t want to put any pressure on in any way. I just saw him [Bob Dylan] live actually three weeks ago in New York. At a sold out King’s Theatre”
Taking the conversation to Cher, Graham Norton stated that the singer had worked with Bob Dylan. Cher, however, corrected Norton and stated that she just knew him. They later showed a photo of Cher alongside a young Bob Dylan. Having a passing resemblance, Timothée Chalamet revealed that the whole show had been like a trip.

Tom Hanks Might Have Taken The Joke Too Far!
Including Tom Hanks in the conversation, Chalamet revealed that Hanks was talking about gravity, while he was sitting alongside Julia Roberts and Cher. Hanks joined in on the conversation and perhaps he may have taken it too far.
“Well, you’re in the big time. Get used to it. Go get us some sandwiches. [He proceeds to take out money from his wallet]”
Well, maybe the actor did take the joke too far as Timothée Chalamet mostly pretended to ignore Hanks taking out money from his wallet. All the jokes aside, the world is indeed excited about the upcoming movie about the life of legendary singer Bob Dylan. With James Mangold set as the director, the movie is currently in pre-production.
