It’s Saturday, October 28, and Attack on Titan Final Season’s Final Part, which was set to release on November 4, dropped the final trailer of the series on the anime’s official website and Pony Canyon’s official YouTube channel.
Attack on Titan was released back in April 2013, and we’re finally witnessing the conclusion of the series in November 2023. The final season of the series was split into three cours which were animated by MAPPA. The final part of the series is titled “The Final Chapter” and is only a week away to grace our screens.
The trailer for the final part of Attack on Titan, and what does it showcase?
The official website and sources of the anime released the last iteration of the series on October 28, 2023. Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special two is scheduled to air next Saturday, November 4, 2023, and will be the last installment in the franchise.
The trailer portrayed the last attempt of humanity to stand against Eren Yeager. The protagonist of the series utilizes the powers of the Founding Titan to fight the Survey Corps
and Marley’s Warrior Unit by creating an army of Colossal Titans and starting The Rumbling to flatten out the world and lead humanity to its demise.
Survey Corps didn’t have the powers of Titan Shifters, so they adapted the Thunder Spears with the hope of destroying the nape of the Founding Titan. The trailer also showcases characters like Connie Springer, and Mikasa Ackerman can be seen traversing The Founding Titan’s body to reach its head.
How will the final part of Attack on Titan unfold and portray the “Final Goodbye” of Mikasa?
Armin Arlert is also shown in the trailer to be in the “Path,” which is similar to how the events were portrayed in the manga. He will meet Zeke Yeager and following the events will turn into the Colossal Titan, hinting at a battle between him and Eren as the Founding Titan.
It is also evident from the trailer that the final part will show Mikasa’s “goodbye scene” with Eren. As for the fans who were hoping for a different ending in the anime would be disappointed as they adapted the manga’s ending.
The special part will also be released in sequential parts which will have opening and ending theme songs. The opening theme song, titled Saigo no Kyojin, will be performed by Linked Horizon. Meanwhile, the ending theme song, titled Itte rasshai, will be performed by Ai Higuchi.
