Although there are various complaints about the same happening, there might just be a reason for Pascal not taking his helmet off. It became an integral factor supporting the ideologies of the Mandalorians. One of their signature traits is how they never take their helmets off, marking their faces to be hidden and secured.

Pedro Pascal Got Badly Hurt During The Shoot Of The Mandalorian

The first season of The Mandalorian gave rise to a series that was heavily loved by every fan. Even after three seasons, the audience still stands strong for a fourth one to surprise them with more interesting storylines. Although the third season wasn’t as strong, it still did not tamper with the hope that the fans have. The first season surprisingly only had one scene where Pedro Pascal showed his face.

The second season had two scenes of the same. However, the third and latest season had no appearances of Pedro Pascal’s mesmerizing face. While this was a disappointing factor, it was not out of the ordinary for Mandalorians. The first season’s iconic scene had one interesting factor that made everyone worry in concern for the actor. Pedro Pascal managed to break his nose during the one scene he was prominently on the set with the actor revealing his face.

Pedro Pascal Broke His Nose While Filming The Season Finale

Pedro Pascal had never gotten a work injury before. He was shocked by how he had even gotten the injury. IG-11, Taika Waititi’s character, was supposed to take off Pascal’s helmet. During the process, the actor’s nose broke and he was immediately rushed to the hospital.

“I stepped out of the make-up trailer looking at my sides and walk into a piece of plywood. I’d never gone to the hospital from work before.”

Many even joked about how decent the method of acting was. He was already covered in various fake injuries by the time he made it to the hospital. The entire experience had been unique in its own way and it made it even more important for the Mandalorian to keep his helmet on.

The Mandalorian is now streaming on Disney+.
