Dragon Ball DAIMA is only a few months away from releasing, and as fans found themselves questioning the bittersweet marketing tactics of the series, there was still brewing anticipation. The anime was to mark a legacy after Akira Toriyama’s passing with a lot of eyes on it. Much was yet to be revealed about the anime when it seems that all hell broke loose in the blink of an eye.
Things were looking somewhat good with SDCC releasing some merchandise, although underwhelming, things became awry in a moment’s notice. The marketing was one that fans had criticized for the longest time but it was what happened after that makes things worse in every way possible. Leaks of the anime found themselves online after allegedly having been exposed on Discord.
Dragon Ball DAIMA‘s Leaks Haunt Fans
It has recently come to light that an animator from Toei Animation allegedly leaked the character sheets of Dragon Ball DAIMA. While things had been kept under wraps for the longest time, these leaks came out of nowhere. Suddenly Mira from Xenoverse seemed to be a part of Goku’s team and the backlash brought about increased.
Moreover, fans found themselves wanting to escape the leaks, those of which many found on the internet despite various people not leaking them. Fingers started being pointed all over the place with leakers blaming each other for having exposed the character sheets of the series.
Many have actively been trying to avoid whatever has been exposed but the drama seems to be getting worse and worse.
I have not paid for leaks, I have not posted any sheets in my discord server, and I've never even had a conversation with Sanda beyond passing mutual comments. It's disappointing to see this stuff circulate. My stance remains the same as always.

@AnimeAjay has been blamed for having allegedly leaked the sheets, however, they are adamant about their innocence. Things seem to not settle because of the way these leaks may be taking a toll on Toei Animation.
Dragon Ball DAIMA‘s Leaks May Cost Someone Their Job
In a now-deleted post by @SupaChronicles on X, the leaker talked about how the blame was all over the place with no clear indication on who actually exposed the sheets. To make matters worse, it would seem that someone was trying to show off in a Discord server, and during that process, they ended up leaking things that weren’t meant to come out.
Moreover, it would seem that an actual animator from Toei Animation may be suffering from the same. Their job and career could be in shambles if the leaker gets caught. Having exposed something confidential like that could cost them their job.
Hard-earning and working members of the studio find themselves worried about their jobs. Especially the one animator who allegedly became the reason the dam burst in the first place.
