Andrew Garfield Might Return In Venom 3!

Fans will surely remember that in the post-credit scene of Spider-Man: No Way Home, we see Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock getting teleported into a different universe. While being teleported, a single drop of the parasite is left behind in the current universe, but where did Venom teleported to?

The newest logo for Venom 3 was recently revealed at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. The logo sees the original font with the words Venom written. What’s surprising is that the number 3 in the middle of the world is painted red! We all know the connections between the color red with Spider-Man. With Andrew Garfield making an appearance as The Amazing Spider-Man in No Way Home, it isn’t a far-fetched idea that the actor might don the iconic role again!

It could be possible that the universe to which Venom teleported is the same universe as Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man. It is also theoretically possible that both Venom and Spider-Man end up in the same universe after traveling through several others. And if that is the case, a universe where Gwen Stacy is alive and is Spider-Gwen… wouldn’t be too bad of an idea either!

Although Garfield was praised as an actor, The Amazing Spider-Man 3 was canceled due to his allegedly inappropriate behavior. Redeeming himself as an actor and proving to the world that he is indeed worthy, it seems that Sony and Marvel might want him back. The theory states that Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man might come face to face with Tom Hardy’s Venom as the two have a showdown!

Back in 2010 when the announcement was made that Garfield would be the new Spider-Man, the actor’s fame sky-rocketed. In an interview with Capital FM (via Digital Spy), the actor revealed that he shed a tear when he wore the spandex for the first time!

“It’s bizarre [wearing the Spider-Man suit] and I have to not look at my face. It’s strange and surreal to be wearing it and I won’t lie, I actually shed a tear when I first wore the spandex for the first time. I didn’t expect to get so emotional but I did.”

This just goes on to say that Andrew Garfield was indeed a good Spider-Man and the world believes that the actor should be given a second chance. Although it isn’t confirmed that the 3 in red is for Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man, the world would indeed love to see him return to the iconic role.
