It all reached its peak when the latter became the talk of the town due to his outlandish beliefs and the influence that he was having on the minds of many, and began to decline after the two were arrested by the authorities of Romania. Despite the world trying to forget their existence, the negative impact that the two had has stuck around, along with the passing mentions of their names.
The most recent spark of conversation around these brothers involves comments made by them regarding one of the most talked about topics in recent times. The most anticipated game of the decade, Grand Theft Auto 6, is not approved by the Tate brothers.

Recently, on their podcast, TateSpeech, Andrew, and Tristan Tate brought about the subject of the upcoming, highly anticipated video game, Grand Theft Auto 6. This game has been all that many can talk about due to the hype around it, not only because it has the highest budget for a video game ever, but the fact that it has been years in the making. Being part of the GTA games, a series of action-adventure games, it will follow a similar pattern to those that came before it, having graphic violence, intense and immersive storylines, and an open world like no other.
“I just don’t think that it’s good for society” He said.
The two, like many others, commented on their opinions on it and it is safe to say that these criticisms will upset fans of the game series. When Andrew Tate brought about this topic, his brother, Tristan, was quick to jump in and state that he did not like this game, not because of the poor portrayal of female characters, obviously, but because of the violence it had and the message that it was sending to society.

Tristan Tate mentioned that when he was younger and would play video games, which was a long time ago, the types of games that were available at the time were very different. He mentioned an example of Mario Cart, adding that games in his time were a lot simpler and, in his definition of the word, a lot purer. He believed that the message this game was sending, that of a character trying to save purity, in the form of a princess, with his brother, was a very good message to instill in society.
“Video games aren’t necessarily evil, but I remember when video games, cause I’m very old. I’m an old man.I remember you used to play a man in a little hat trying to rescue a princess and teaming up with you brother. Now if rescuing purity while teaming up with your brother isn’t a good thing, than I don’t really know what is.” He went on, “I’m not a fan of anyone under the age of 18, 21 maybe, playing video games where the goal is to shoot police officers“
However, when it comes to games like Grand Theft Auto, he does not like the obscene levels of violence in them. He added that he specifically did not like how the game promotes people to beat up the police, something that the game is famously known for. The irony of this wasn’t missed, considering the fact that both Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested for human trafficking.
