Fans may wonder how the rivalry began in the first place. After the release of Stallion’s Hiss, it was seemingly evident that the rapper took a jab at Nicki’s husband, Kenneth Petty, a registered s*x offender while referencing Megan’s Law (a federal law in the United States that requires law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered s*x offenders).

Nicki Minaj vs Megan Thee Stallion has been a hot feud on the internet since the beginning of it after Stallion’s release of Hiss. “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law/ I don’t really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start/ B—h, you a p—y, never finna check me/ Every chance you get, bet your weak ass won’t address me,” Stallion rapped in her track. It did not take much for Minaj to fire back. The Trinidadian rapper appeared on Instagram Live to give a glimpse of her upcoming track referencing Stallion getting shot by Tory Lanez.

Bad b—h she like six foot, I call her big foot/ The b—h fell off, I said get up on your good foot,” Minaj rapped in the Instagram Live (via Billboard).

Also, Minaj has been very active on X recently, although the intended purpose has been to announce her song Bigfoot from the album Pink Friday 2. The FTCU rapper’s fiery exchange has escalated to a new height and as her song Bigfoot just released, it would be interesting to see how Stallion would react. However, it was not just Stallion to had a celebrity feud with Minaj, these 6 celebrities also hated her guts.

Minaj and Taylor Swift feud sparked following Minaj’s post on X seemingly referencing Swift’s 2015 MTV Video Music Awards nomination. “If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year,” Minaj wrote on X with 23 smiley emojis. For context, Swift was the only female to have a nod in the category that year but the Shake It Off singer was quick to respond as she accused Minaj of turning “women against each other,” (via People). However, Minaj clarified her post in a follow-up, “Huh? U must not be reading my tweets. Didn’t say a word about u. I love u just as much. But u should speak on this,” this time tagging Swift. The feud seemingly resurfaced in 2017 but it was all just a rouse.

Minaj failed to mention Demi Lovato in an Instagram photo captured during the 2016 Met Gala. Lovato was not happy with it as she immediately took a jibe at the rapper. According to E! Online, Lovato took to Snapchat to comment on the incident. “When you aren’t mentioned in a post but didn’t do s— to the person,” she wrote on a photo on the platform. However, Minaj didn’t respond to the feud.

While speaking with The New York Times, Miley Cyrus responded to the Minaj controversy around the VMAs. “What I read sounded very Nicki Minaj, which, if you know Nicki Minaj is not too kind. It’s not very polite,” Cyrus told the outlet. “I think there’s a way you speak to people with openness and love. You don’t have to start this pop star against pop star war,” she continued. It became “Nicki Minaj and Taylor in a fight, so now the story isn’t even on what you wanted it to be about,” she added.

As Cyrus hosted the 2015 VMAs, Minaj confronted the star while receiving the award for best hip-hop video, “Now, back to this bitch that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press,” Minaj said on the stage, (via People). Cyrus tried to defend herself by calling it just the manipulation in the interview.

In May 2019, with the release of Cyrus Cattitude, the feud sparked again, it was directed at Minaj. The rapper also fired back at the pop star calling her a “Perdue chicken” for disrespecting her.

Meek Mill’s feud with Minaj was a headline grabber as the duo was in a relationship for nearly two years. In January 2017, Minaj announced that the duo was no longer together. Following their breakup, the duo spewed harsh words at each other on occasion. In her 2018 single, Barbie Dreams, Minaj referred to Mill by singing, “Meek still be in my DMs, I be having to duck him.” Before that Mill also revealed that she had blocked him. However, it was not the end. The former couple rand into each other at a clothing store in West Hollywood and there was a mess captured in videos. Later, Manaj accused her ex of being physically abusive.

Minaj’s infamous feud with Iggy Azalea started when she dissed Azalea in her acceptance speech for best female hip-hop artist at the 2014 BET Awards. “What I want the world to know about Nicki Minaj is when you hear Nicki Minaj spit, Nicki Minaj wrote it,” the rapper said in her speech, (via People). Adding fuel to the beginning of the rivalry, she explained the speech on X.

“The media puts words in my mouth all the time and this is no different. I will always take a stance on women writing b/c I believe in us! I’ve congratulated Iggy on the success of Fancy, publicly. She should be very proud of that.”

Azalea was far from keeping it quiet. The Kream singer took to her Instagram to respond to Minaj’s statement against her.

“If I had won the BET award that would’ve been great but it wasn’t my year & I don’t mind — so you shouldn’t either. Generally speaking, I’m unbothered by anything that ‘happened’ at the BET awards and just feel worn out by everyone trying to make me have wars with people all the time.”

The feud seemingly ended there, at least there were no more reflections of it after Azalea’s response.

The bad blood between Minaj and Cardi B grabbed immense attention after it escalated. Reportedly, Minaj liked a fan’s Instagram comment that criticized one of Cardi B’s verses. However, Minaj has an explanation for the beginning of the infamous feud which sparked after they collaborated with Migos on the 2028 song MotorSport. The war further escalated turning it into a physical brawl on September 7, 2018, at Harper’s Bazaar’s ICONS party in N.Y.C. Reportedly, the singers were in a fight which led Cardi B to be escorted out of the party while she was seen with a big lump on her forehead.
