While there have been many talented actors that have made an impression on the industry and the audience, Michael B. Jordan is one of the few that have managed to make their mark within a relatively short period of time. Making a big splash with his role as Erik Killmonger in the MCU, he went on to make a legacy within the Creed franchise as the protagonist. And now, joined by MCU star Jonathan Majors, the two have decided to keep this partnership running.

With the release of their film Creed III which is making headlines all over the world, the two sat down with The New York Times to talk about how the film turned into the picture of success that it is now. While talking about the film as well as their mutual respect and hint of rivalry with each other, they devised a way to bring out the best in each other, whether on or off camera. Then, towards the last, when asked if we might see both of them collaborate in the future, Jordan was quick to respond with a yes, while Majors was quick to inject the names of Robert Di Niro and Al Pacino, the stars from the 1995 film Heat. Then, Jordan said:

“We’re excited about that, and I have those conversations with him. Acting is such a solo journey, where you’re fighting for your place on that call sheet for such a long time. So when you’ve got somebody that doesn’t care as much about that stuff, it’s like, ‘Let’s go. How much damage can we do together?'”

Thus, we can expect the duo to bring the same energy as well as excitement from their collaborative performances in the future that will remake the iconic duo from the 1995 blockbuster.
