However, Riley Keough was unaware of Garfield’s medical condition, and while working with him in the 2018 mystery thriller film, she almost set off his nut allergy. Before a kissing scene in the film she was having a granola bar in her makeup trailer, but the makeup lady saw that and asked her if there were peanuts in that bar.

“I was in the makeup trailer and I was eating like a granola bar or something, and I was about to shoot a scene where I have to kiss Andrew, and the makeup lady was like, ‘Are there peanuts in that?’ And I was like, ‘I think. I don’t know.”

“The producer came in and was like, ‘Riley, Andrew’s very allergic to peanuts and we have to shut the set down. They shouldn’t have been at craft [services, the on-set catering], and I don’t know why they’re on set.'”

The Logan Lucky actress was surprised to learn the intensity of Garfield’s allergy and how they were lucky enough to prevent it.

“I was kind of like, ‘Oh, f—, that’s crazy.’ But also, like, thank God that this woman caught it, ‘cause I had no idea.”

Riley Keough was immensely grateful to her makeup artist as she pointed out the deadly ingredient present in the granola bar. Had it not for her, there would have been a serious accident on the set, leading Andrew Garfield to the ER. Though serious injury to the actor was averted, the set of the show was closed for an entire day so that they could ensure that the set was nut-free.

While promoting the sequel, he had an interview with The Hot Hits, where he referred to the Spider-Man suit as his second skin. The interviewer was intrigued by the statement and asked Garfield to take off his shirt, but he did not enjoy the absurd request of the interviewer, giving a fitting reply to her.

“What do you mean to show? Don’t bring your fantasy into the interview. I was not prepared to take my shirt off whether the beginning of this interview slouched into this column”

The stern reply flabbergasted the interviewer, who quickly changed the topic by asking him about the cardigan he was wearing. The Social Network actor replied, “Thank you, yeah. just I’ve been wearing it all day”. Luckily, the interviewer did not have any more bizarre demands from the actor that would have made him leave the interview.
