“In Ghosted we actually get to like each other. In films we have done, we are very adversarial, in this movie we get to enjoy each other’s company. Well, it’s kind of like a like-hate-like thing again.”

In a People magazine interview, the actress said that Ghosted also allowed her to explore an unexpected dynamic with Evans since he isn’t the one in power. She said:

“I thought it was very refreshing and new and unexpected for people to see Chris in this position of not being the one in control and strong and saving the day. For me, it was a lot of fun — a lot of work and a lot to do, but it was really cool.”

The former Captain America actor agreed with his co-star and said, “In Knives Out we’re obviously adversarial. In the second film, Gray Man, we didn’t have anything together, so this was fun to actually get to have some repartee and explore that type of movie.” The film has received rave reviews and plenty of fans as well as critics have praised the chemistry between the two.

Ghosted is streaming on Apple TV+.
