Who Could Be James Gunn’s DCU Batman?

The second possibility would have involved removing Ben Affleck’s Batman from the franchise and bringing Michael Keaton into the main DCU timeline, much like what happened with Batgirl. Having said that, neither of those fixes functions during a reboot. Thus, a new Batman would be required for Gunn’s DCU.
Robert Pattinson might even be a contender because of his role in The Batman. This would expand the universe of an already successful franchise, but it would definitely require changes to the Batman franchise. Alternatively, Batman could be portrayed in Gunn’s DCU by an entirely different actor.
